Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and prioritize vegetation management goals and objectives;
Analyze the cost effectiveness of available vegetation treatments;
Develop plans and policies to achieve goals and objectives;
Make Recommendations to the Governor and Legislature regarding legislation needed to achieve its goals and objectives on or before December 15, 2007 and each year thereafter with a final report due prior to June 30, 2009.
