Please review your renewal notice for any necessary changes. You will be allowed to change the establishment name online. For other changes you will need to contact your local inspector or the Bureau of Dairies and Foods at 402-471-2536.

To renew your food establishment permit online you will need your user id and password that were printed on your renewal notice. The user id and password are case sensitive.
